Paper Submission

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES AND INFORMATION

 

The deadline for abstract submission is January 23, 2026, at 23:55. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be accepted.

The abstract text must not exceed 3,000 characters.

Up to two tables and two figures may be added.

Standard abbreviations are accepted. If a special abbreviation is used, its full form must be written in parentheses immediately after its first appearance.

The brand names of medications must begin with a capital letter. Generic names should be preferred, and the first letters of generic names must not be capitalised.

References should be cited within the text and not listed as footnotes at the end of the abstract.

Abstracts cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.

No changes (such as author changes or presenting author changes) will be accepted after the abstract has been submitted.

All correspondence regarding abstracts will be conducted with the author who uploads the abstract to the system.

Abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Secretariat.

The results of abstract evaluations will be sent to your e-mail address on dates to be announced later as “Abstract Acceptance”.

Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book exactly as uploaded to the system. Therefore, submissions must be clear and legible. No changes will be made after the upload.

Video Abstract Submission

Participants wishing to submit a video abstract must first upload their abstract to the submission system, then send the WeTransfer link containing the video file to the organisation secretariat (info@ventria.com.tr). The WeTransfer link must include the abstract title, the abstract reference number, and the presenter’s name, and videos must not exceed 7 minutes. If the video is accepted, the presentation should be planned as 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
Videos must reach the Congress Organisation Secretariat by January 23, 2026, and an e-mail notification must be sent to info@ventria.com.tr. After sending the video, please ensure that you receive a confirmation from the same e-mail address verifying that the video has been received without issues.

It is mandatory to include the reference number on all submitted videos. Video abstracts without an abstract number will not be recorded.
