Congress Dates
The 9th Minimally Invasive Urology Congress will be held between March 26–29, 2026.

Congress Venue
The congress will take place at Susesi Congress Center, Antalya.

Congress Language
The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English.

Certificate of Attendance
All participants will be able to receive their certificates of attendance from the registration desk on the afternoon of March 28, 2026.

Permission Letters
Upon request, invitation letters for institutional permission to attend the congress will be sent to participants through the Congress Secretariat. (These invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes.)

Cancellation Policy
• For cancellations made up to January 2, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
• For accommodation cancellations, a 50% refund will be provided only for cancellations made up to January 2, 2026.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
• All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the meeting.
